USA Sanctioned Tournaments
All Panthers Select tournaments are USA Sanctioned with USA umpire fees included in the registration (NO PAY AT THE PLATE) unless otherwise noted.
A player’s age as of August 31 determines the age in which the player is eligible to play the following year.
Tournament Refund Policy
Team Cancellations

100% refund if cancellations are received two weeks prior to the event start date*.

75% refund if cancelled within two weeks of event start date*.

0% or no refund if cancelled the Friday before games start or if your team is a no show.
*Please note that "event start date" is the Friday before games start.
Weather Related Cancellations
-
No games started, 100%
-
1-2 games started, 50% refund
-
3 games started, no refund
